Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make delicious pancakes that will be gobbled up without any filling.
You will need:
- kefir - 300 ml;
- cottage cheese mass - 150 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 300 g;
- boiling water - 230 ml;
- oil - 3 tbsp;
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp;
- salt - 1/3 tsp;
- soda - 111/3 tsp.
How to cook
1. Kefir needs to be slightly warmed up and poured into a bowl, then add the curd mass (preferably vanilla), chicken eggs, sugar, and salt.
2. Mix the ingredients and add flour and soda to the resulting homogeneous mass, kneading the dough.
3. When ready, pour in boiling water, stirring the mixture vigorously at the same time. The dough should not be too thick or too runny. The amount of water depends on the quality of the flour.
4. Add vegetable oil, stir, let the dough sit for 10 minutes and start baking.
