Pollock fillet is one of the popular fish products that can appear on the table quite often.
The cooking process is quite simple and is unlikely to surprise.
But if you want to get a really tasty, tender and aromatic fillet, you need to stew the pollock in a frying pan with vegetables and sour cream.
The recipe was shared by the culinary expert of the online publication Belnovosti, Yulia Arkhipova .
Ingredients
For 500 g of fish you need to take:
- onion - 1 pc.;
- flour - 3 tbsp;
- carrots - 1 tbsp;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- sour cream - 300 ml;
- water - 1 tbsp.
You also need to prepare some vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
How to stew pollock in sour cream
If necessary, the fillet should be cut into portions, then salted, peppered and you can add a little chopped garlic.
Then the fish needs to be lightly fried in oil.
The onion should be cut into cubes and the carrots should be grated.
The vegetables need to be fried until golden brown. Put the fish on top and then pour in the mixture of sour cream, flour and water.
The dish must be simmered under a lid and over low heat for another 15-20 minutes.
