For 2 bananas you need to take:
- flour - 150 g;
- milk - 1 cup;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 2 tbsp;
- vanilla sugar - 1 packet.

How to make banana pancakes
First, you need to beat the eggs with sugar.
You can add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
Then you need to add banana pieces and pour in warm milk.
Finally, add sifted flour to the dough. The resulting mass should be left to sit for about 10-15 minutes.
If you have a blender at hand, you can easily prepare the dough using such a device.
Fry the banana pancakes in a hot frying pan, which should first be greased with vegetable oil.
