- kefir - 200 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- baking powder - 1/3 tsp;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- flour - 4-5 tbsp;
- sugar - 1 tsp;
- salt - 1/4 tsp.
How to cook cabbage pancakes
First, you need to shred the cabbage, sprinkle it with salt and rub it a little with your hands until it becomes soft. Then you need to cut the onion into small pieces.
Afterwards, these components must be mixed with all the others in a deep bowl.
