Ingredients
For 400 g of flour you need to prepare:
- sugar - 180 g;
- milk - 80 g;
- butter - 100 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- baking powder - 15 g.
How to make milk biscuits
First, you should grind soft butter with sugar. Then you need to pour in warm milk, add an egg, vanilla sugar. The mass should be thoroughly mixed.
Lastly, you need to add sifted flour with baking powder.
Once the mass becomes homogeneous, you can move on to the next step.
The dough needs to be rolled out into a 1 cm thick layer, then the biscuits need to be shaped. It is acceptable to use a regular glass for this.
Then they should be placed in a preheated oven.
The treat needs to be baked for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
