It's not that the ingredients are worse. Most likely the recipe and technology are wrong.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-category baker, told how to cook fluffy and airy belyashi in the oven.
You will need:
- minced meat - 400 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- salt - 0.5 tsp;
- pepper to taste;
- kefir - 1 glass;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- margarine - 100 g;
- soda - 1 tsp;
- flour - 3 cups;
- oil.
How to cook
1. Finely chop the onion, mix with the minced meat, add salt and pepper, and stir.
2. Separately mix the egg, protein, kefir, margarine, salt and soda, knead the dough.
3. Divide it into several equal parts, roll into balls the size of a coffee saucer, put a tablespoon of minced meat in the center and pinch the edges, leaving the middle open.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment, grease with vegetable oil, place the belyashi, brush with yolk and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
