To prepare an unusual side dish from barley, oatmeal or wheat groats, you will need a thermos.

The grains should be carefully sorted and washed, then add salt and sugar to taste, then pour boiling water and leave overnight in a thermos. The next morning the porridge will be ready.

In turn, pearl barley and buckwheat can be prepared without boiling. It is enough to soak them in water for a while and then you can immediately start breakfast.
