Semolina is considered a filling porridge.
But if you want your baby to eat the whole dish, sometimes you have to try. In this case, additional ingredients come to the rescue.
For example, a child will definitely try chocolate porridge.
The cooking process is almost no different from the classic one. You just need to add cocoa powder during cooking.
Ingredients
- milk - 350 g;
- semolina - 80 g;
- sugar - 2 tbsp;
- cocoa - 2 tbsp.
Cooking process
Milk must be mixed with sugar and cocoa, and then brought to a boil.
As soon as the heat is at minimum, you can add the cereal.
This should be done slowly, and the mixture should be stirred constantly.
This should be done before the porridge thickens.
It should be added that you can adjust the thickness of the semolina yourself.
The more cereal you add, the thicker it will be.
Before serving, you can decorate the treat with berries and pieces of fruit. This will only make the dish much more appetizing.
