You will need:
- carrot;
- celery;
- onion;
- potato;
- tomatoes;
- garlic;
- vegetable broth;
- beans;
- cereals;
- salt, spices, oregano and basil.
How to cook
1. Peel and dice the vegetables, then fry the onion and garlic in a saucepan with vegetable oil for about three minutes.
2. As the vegetables are ready, add carrots, then celery, potatoes, and oregano.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste, cook for another 5-6 minutes and, when the potatoes and carrots become soft, pour in the vegetable broth.
4. Add tomatoes and cereal to the pan, bring to a boil and cook without a lid for 12-15 minutes.
