It is no secret that in many families housewives regularly use recipes passed down from their mothers and grandmothers.
And for good reason. In most cases, household members never tire of praising the dishes offered to them.
And in the Soviet era there were such culinary masterpieces that it was hard to imagine the dinner of an average Soviet family without them.
A legendary recipe has survived to this day, which will surprise not only you, but also all your relatives gathered at the dinner table.
We are talking about such a dish as cottage cheese croissants with jam. As they say: cheap and cheerful.

To prepare, you will need cottage cheese (200 grams), butter (180 g), flour (2 cups), one egg, sugar (50 g), baking powder (teaspoon) and jam (200 g).
Let's get started: grind the cottage cheese with soft butter and add the egg and sugar. Then beat with a blender.
Then add flour and baking powder to the mixture, knead, then divide into parts, roll out into a thin layer and cut into triangles.
Next, add a spoonful of jam to the edge of each triangle and roll into a roll shape, transfer to parchment paper in a baking tray, sprinkling the rolls with sugar.
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees. The process time is about 20-25 minutes.
