Many people love sausages. And how can you not love them: they are quick to prepare, tasty, and quite filling.
But here’s what’s surprising: not everyone knows how to cook this food product correctly.
So, there is still debate about whether or not it is necessary to remove the casing before putting the sausage into boiling water.
Experienced cooks say that you don’t need to remove the film before cooking, otherwise the sausage may “emerge” looking very spoiled.
And that's half the trouble. There is a risk that a sausage cooked without a casing will lose its juiciness, which means you will get a much less tasty product.
By the way, don't overcook the sausages. Five minutes of boiling water in a saucepan over the fire will be enough to cook them.
Therefore, it is recommended to only begin the procedure of peeling the film off the sausages after cooking.
