The product appeared in the 60s of the 20th century, during the period of active study of Antarctica by Soviet scientists.

The Ocean first went on sale in 1972. It gradually gained popularity throughout the Soviet Union.
But with the disappearance of the USSR, this paste also disappeared, since there was no krill from Antarctica.

It was first produced in the 80s of the 20th century. It is a mixture of "Ocean" paste with cottage cheese and butter.
