- 200 grams of prepared peas;
- a jar of pitted olives;
- one carrot and one onion;
- 100-200 grams of smoked tofu;
- spices, salt and fresh herbs at your discretion.
How to Make a Light and Healthy Soup
The peas are soaked overnight and put into a saucepan to cook. In the meantime, you can "conjure" over the remaining ingredients.
First, fry the onion and carrot in refined olive oil until almost completely cooked. Then add the smoked tofu, which should first be chopped into cubes.
If you want to use garlic and herbs, it is better to add them to the frying.
When the peas reach the consistency you need, you can add the vegetables with tofu. Wait for about five minutes. Add the olives and the required amount of salt.
After 1-2 minutes the stove can be turned off.
