So, stock up on fresh berries, for example, cherries, a bar of chocolate, an ice cube tray and that very hair dryer.
Wash the berries, dry them and remove the seeds, then place them in the ice cube trays.
Next in line is chocolate. To melt it, we need a hair dryer - just hold the bar, without removing the packaging, under a stream of hot air.
However, you can use any other method to give the chocolate a liquid form.
All that remains is to cover the berries with chocolate and put them in the freezer until completely frozen.
By the way, the candies will be even tastier if you pour cognac or liqueur (50-100 g) over the cherries in the molds and leave them like that for 10 hours, after which you need to drain the strong alcohol and cover them with a layer of chocolate.
