Why an experienced housewife will never throw away dried lavash: you can make a gorgeous dish out of it

It is a common situation when a person buys a lot of lavash sheets “in reserve”, but does not manage to eat them in time.

The thin flatbread dries out and becomes not entirely suitable for making rolls or envelopes with filling.

It is quite possible to save a bakery product. To do this, you need to pour drops of clean water on it and put it in the oven for a short time.

The existence of such a method already indicates that dried lavash should never be thrown away.

But there is another option for "saving" the hardened flatbread. You can make chips from it, which will be much tastier than snacks in bags.

How to make lavash chips

The thin sheet needs to be cut into numerous “triangles”.

Next, you need to prepare a mixture into which you will need to dip each piece of lavash.

The combination consists of several components: vegetable oil, paprika and herbs, MOS SMI reports.

Once the lavash triangle has an oily “shell”, it needs to be placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Soon, many “processed” pieces of lavash will appear on the metal sheet.

In this form, the product must be placed in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees for five minutes.

The result will be delicious chips that will be more natural and healthier than those bought in the store.
