It turns out that you can make delicious, and most importantly, healthy sweets yourself.
Another important plus is that to enjoy homemade candies, you only need three ingredients.
Intrigued? Well, let's get started. First, make sure you have everything you need on hand:
- 150 g walnuts;
- 180 g prunes;
- cocoa powder – to taste.
Wash the prunes thoroughly and grind them into a smooth puree. You can do this using a blender or a meat grinder.
Next in line are nuts. To make the final candies more tender, grind the nuts into crumbs. Those who like a contrasting texture should use a knife.
Combine nuts and prunes and mix well.
Now form balls from the resulting mass - about one and a half teaspoons is enough for one candy.
All that remains is to thoroughly roll the blanks in cocoa and you can begin tasting.
