So, what do you need to make a refreshing vegetable salad? Prepare the following ingredients:
- 300 g white cabbage;
- 1 large carrot;
- 1 sour apple;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon vinegar;
- 0.5 teaspoon sugar,
- 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice;
- salt and pepper mixture – to taste.
Chop the cabbage as finely as possible and add the orange root vegetable grated on a Korean carrot grater.
If the apple has a thick skin, remove it and grate the apple using a coarse grater.
Now you can start preparing the dressing - mix the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt, then season it all with freshly ground pepper mixture.
