To shred potatoes, use the side of the grater with the smallest holes.

The taste of the cutlets will, of course, change a little, but they will definitely not be sour – instead, they will become more juicy and tasty.

You can mix boiled buckwheat, rice, oatmeal, scalded cabbage with grated carrots with the minced meat.
