The brine in which the olives were soaked for some time before they reached your table can still be useful.

All you need is to take two medium-sized onions, peel them and cut them into rings.
Place the resulting blanks directly into the jar from which the olives were fished out.
The container with onions should be placed on the shelf of the refrigerator. Here it will spend a week. After 7 days, you will get marinated onions with the taste of olives.
It can be used with both meat and fish dishes.
