Candies called "Korovka" are familiar to both older and younger generations.
In Soviet times, this treat was one of the most beloved delicacies.
You can still find Korovka candies on sale today. But some housewives prefer to make them themselves.
The process is simple and requires only 3 ingredients. Even beginners can handle the preparation.
Products:
- butter – 100 g;
- sugar – 200 g;
- condensed milk – 300 ml.
Preparation
1. To prepare the candies, you need to prepare a saucepan or stewpan. Put butter in the dish. Melt the ingredient, then add condensed milk and sugar.
Bring the ingredients to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
2. When the oil boils, reduce the heat and cook for another 15 minutes. But even in this case, continue to stir the mixture.
When the mixture acquires a caramel color, remove the pan from the heat. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined mold.
3. The workpiece is leveled and left for 30 minutes. After half an hour, the layer is cut into bars.
