Caesar salad can be found on the menus of both world-famous restaurants and seedy cafeterias.

If you know a few tricks, the salad will turn out no less delicious than those made by famous chefs.

1. The main advice is not to experiment with products and not to try to replace ingredients with more affordable analogues.

If a recipe calls for romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese, don't make a kale and hollandaise Caesar.

The only exception is sauces, experiments with them are allowed.

2. As for the sauce: Worcestershire sauce can be replaced with a mixture of equal parts sour cream and mayonnaise.
