Some food products marketed as baby food may be harmful to a child's health.
Endocrinologist Dilyara Lebedeva warned about this.
In her Telegram channel, she named 6 food groups that should be excluded from children’s diets.

What foods should not be given to children
Firstly, processed products – sausages, cheese curds, etc.
Secondly, products with trans fats – chips, crackers, store-bought baked goods, margarine.
Thirdly, foods with a high sugar content – cereals, yoghurts, cookies, ready-made porridges.
Fourthly, products with artificial additives – flavors, colors, flavor enhancers.
Fifthly, products with a complete lack of vitamins and minerals – white bread, refined products, canned goods.
Sixth, fast food, carbonated and sweet drinks.
The doctor urged people to give preference to natural products: home-cooked meat, whole grain cereals, fresh vegetables, and healthy desserts without sugar.
It’s not only healthier, but also really tasty, ” Lebedeva noted.
