Nutritionist Elena Solomatina explained what you shouldn't pack for your child at school. She shared the details during an interview for the radio station " Moscow Speaks ".
She noted that it is necessary to give up dressed salads and fish. Such dishes spoil quickly.
It is also better not to put white bread, sweet drinks and some fruits. They can lead to increased fatigue, poor absorption of the program.
As for the food container itself, it should consist of separated cells. If the food is mixed, the products will start to look unappetizing and will spoil faster.
Chopped fruits and vegetables that don't release a lot of moisture are great for school snacks.
The diet may also include hard-boiled eggs, a piece of boiled breast. Be sure to take a small bottle of clean drinking water with you.
If we talk about desserts, it could be a piece of chocolate, pastille, marshmallow.
