Not all parents manage to devote enough time to their child.
The reason is simple: you need to earn money, which means you need to work.
In many cases, professional activities take up too much time due to business meetings, travel and additional responsibilities.
Sometimes it gets to the point that a person cannot communicate normally with his son or daughter for days or even weeks.
In such a situation, there is a high risk that the busy parent will simply stop participating in raising the child and ultimately lose the emotional connection with him.
To avoid this, you don't have to quit your job. You just need to follow the "30-Minute Rule."
The essence of the rule
Every day you need to find at least half an hour to communicate with your child.
You can play with him, help him with his homework, or go for a walk.
Sometimes a simple but sincere conversation is enough.
If the duration of daily communication with the child is at least 30 minutes, the baby will begin to feel the presence of the parent.
The emotional connection between a mother or father and their son or daughter will not be broken. The family will remain strong.
