The problems of most adults are rooted in psychological traumas they received in childhood. The consequences are long-lasting.
Psychologist Stanislav Sambursky said this in a conversation with Gazeta.Ru .
As the expert noted, there is a concept of “inner child”, which implies an emotional and psychological experience.
But there is also a subpersonality called the “inner child.”
In the latter case, everything is based on defensive reactions that were formed in the first years of a person's life. They are revealed at different moments in life, for example, in family relationships or even in business negotiations.
The doctor noted that if the inner child lived without trauma, then in adulthood such a person experiences less stress, has no problems with trust, self-esteem and fears.
Sambursky noted in a conversation with journalists that there are several types of trauma. The most popular is the desire of a parent to see their child successful. It is important to remember that a child is still an independent person, has his own dreams and desires.
