Why Doctors Forbid Taking Vitamins: Results of New Research

Advertising convinces us that vitamin tablets are a panacea for all diseases.

But recent data suggests otherwise: synthetic additives are often useless and sometimes even dangerous.

For example, excess vitamin A increases the risk of fractures, and high doses of vitamin E impair blood clotting.

Studies show that multivitamins do not reduce the risk of cancer, heart attack or dementia.

Moreover, they create the illusion of health care, which makes people focus less on real preventative measures – nutrition and exercise.

So what to do? Get vitamins from food.

Citrus fruits, bell peppers and sauerkraut are rich in vitamin C.

Fatty fish and eggs contain vitamin D, which 80% of people lack.

Buckwheat, nuts and legumes will replenish the magnesium deficiency.

Only in natural products are vitamins fully absorbed and work synergistically with other substances.

If you live in a region with a lack of sun or follow a strict diet, be sure to get tested before taking supplements.

Remember: there is no magic pill for health. A balanced diet, sleep and exercise are the three pillars on which disease prevention is based.

Do not forget that doctors are against self-medication and often remind their patients what the practice of self-diagnosis and self-prescribing of medications leads to.
