How to live a long life

Firstly, you can increase your life expectancy through hardening.

Secondly, daily physical activity contributes to longevity.

However, instead of training in the gym, the expert advised sitting on the floor more often and getting up from it without using your hands.

In almost all countries where there are many long-livers, it is customary to sit on the floor or squat, the expert noted.

She also recommended gardening and walking more.

In terms of nutrition, Kenny advised including greens, mushrooms, hard aged cheeses and fermented foods in your daily diet.

All of these products contain spermidine, a substance that is involved in cell renewal and plays an important role in the functioning of the immune system.
