Canned tomatoes contain bisphenol-A, which leaches into food from the lining of the cans.

This chemical disrupts hormonal balance and causes tumors.

The second enemy is processed cheese. The phosphates in it wash calcium out of bones, and the nitrites turn into carcinogens when heated.

But the most dangerous product is rice. Yes, regular cooked white rice.

When stored in a warm place, fungi multiply in it, releasing aflatoxins - substances that are 20 times more dangerous than cyanide.

Store cooked rice in the refrigerator and always rinse until the water runs clear before cooking.

But the list doesn't end there.

Potato chips contain acrylamide, a carcinogen formed when starch is fried.

And diet soda with aspartame increases the risk of leukemia by 42%. Replace it with water with lemon or natural kvass.

And don’t trust the “sugar-free” labels – most often they contain synthetic sweeteners that disrupt the intestinal microflora.

What about meat?

Grilled red meat becomes coated with heterocyclic amines, which damage DNA.

Marinate it in olive oil with rosemary - antioxidants will reduce the harm.

And never eat the burnt bits! The black crust is pure benzopyrene, the same one found in cigarette smoke.

Good news

Broccoli, turmeric and green tea block the growth of cancer cells. Add them to your diet daily - even one cup of tea a day reduces the risk of tumors by 15%.
