Men need to include lean meat and foods rich in omega-3 acids in their diet.
This advice was given by nutritionist technologist Marietta Aslanova.
The expert listed the most important products for men's health in a conversation with the publication "Gazeta.Ru" .

What Men Need to Eat
Firstly, lean meat must be present in the diet.
It is a source of essential amino acids, in particular leucine, which is important for building muscle mass, as well as cholesterol, which is involved in the synthesis of testosterone.
Secondly, men need to eat foods rich in omega-3 acids.
They are found in abundance in fish, seafood, nuts, vegetable oils (flaxseed, olive, rapeseed, soybean).
Thirdly, you should include vegetables and fruits in your diet – they are sources of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and dietary fiber.
Aslanova also advised men to consume complex carbohydrates – whole grain bread, cereals, legumes.
It is necessary to exclude smoked meat and foods with a high content of trans fats, simple carbohydrates and salt from your diet.
You should also avoid drinking beer: it contains phytoestrogens – plant analogues of female hormones.
