Top 5 Exercises for Good Posture

Good posture allows you to give the impression of a self-confident person.

Want to earn more, influence others? Work on your posture! But posture itself is our reaction to the world around us. It cannot be created through control and effort.

Good posture will appear in response to your good condition and well-being, says Natalia Blinova .

However, it is influenced by the body position, and it always responds to the environment. For such adaptation, I offer five super exercises that will instantly change it for the better.

Exercise one - balance on one leg

To do this, stretch your arms out to the sides, stand in the “feet together” position and bend one leg at the knee.

Look straight ahead. Stretch up behind the crown of your head, breathe evenly, hold the position for 30 seconds and then return the leg back. Do the same on the other leg. Maintain the same stretched and straight position further.

Exercise two

When you walk down the street, look not down at your feet, but straight along the horizon. Look into the distance - and your posture will straighten itself. This is how the deep reflex works.

Exercise three

Let's work with the feet. When we activate the receptors on the foot, this automatically turns on the deep muscles along the spine, and the back is aligned. Free your feet from shoes and socks, take a tennis ball or stick, a mop handle and massage the arch of the foot, gently pressing the foot on the tennis ball or stick.

Exercise four - smile

Relaxed facial muscles send a signal to our nervous system that we are okay, we are happy and healthy. And this automatically becomes our reality.

The body relaxes, but the muscles that extend the spine begin to activate. And you will instantly straighten your shoulders simply because your internal state now facilitates this.

Exercise five - "good self-esteem"

Yes, yes, when we are confident in ourselves and value ourselves highly, our posture changes from a “hunchback dog” to a lioness’s posture. To work with self-esteem, write a list of your achievements, big and small victories every day.

This will increase your self-confidence and self-esteem. And your posture will become that of an energetic and successful person, and it will be true!
