The doctor noted that if a person has dinner after nine o'clock in the evening, the likelihood of a stroke increases by a third.

Pavlova spoke about the research of scientists that prove this.

Experts recommend not to have dinner after eight o'clock in the evening, otherwise a shift of an hour more can be detrimental to the heart and blood vessels. It is the late digestion of food that is most dangerous.

“This connection was especially pronounced among women,” the doctor emphasized.

She also said that skipping morning meals is not a good idea.

She added, however, that late breakfasts can also be harmful to health.

As the scientists Pavlova cites clarified in their work, “early breakfast is embedded in us by evolution.”
