Nutritionist Lilia Starodubtseva spoke about how exactly this can be done, RIA Novosti reports.

As the specialist noted, as for greens, they should be added to prepared dishes. You can also offer your child to grow microgreens at home together to warm up the interest.

As for vegetables and fruits, they should be given whole. Juices and purees are not suitable. At the same time, fruits should be different and regularly included in the menu. After all, it is often impossible to taste the taste the first time.

It is better to replace juices and other sweet drinks with clean water.

The doctor noted that during this period, when you need to accustom your baby to healthy food, you shouldn’t distract him with sweets.
