Many people have been accustomed since childhood to the fact that soup is the main dish that must be included in the daily diet.

Some are even convinced that it is the soup that saves from gastritis or ulcers, and also prevents the occurrence of other problems.

But this is not so.

It should be taken into account that sometimes such a treat can provoke some problems with the gastrointestinal tract, heaviness in the stomach and other unpleasant symptoms.

Gastroenterologist Anastasia Timoshchenko told NEWS.ru about this.

As the doctor explained, gastritis or ulcers definitely cannot appear due to refusing soup.

Soups will benefit the gastrointestinal tract if they maintain an excellent balance between proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

If you feel discomfort after eating soup, it is better to remove such a treat from your diet and give preference to a second dish that combines healthy ingredients.
