Ginzburg explained the dangers of a lack of fat in the diet

Some people refuse fats, believing that they are the ones that harm the figure. This is a big mistake.

If a person limits their fat consumption, this will lead to vitamin deficiency, said nutritionist Mikhail Ginzburg in a conversation with representatives of the publication “ Moscow 24 ”.

He noted that with a fat deficiency, the body will begin to lack fat-soluble vitamins: A, D, E and K. All of them are very important for the normal functioning of the body.

Another danger of a lack of fat is that metabolism suffers.

As Ginzburg noted, fats need to be regularly included in the diet.

Naturally, preference should be given to healthy species.

For example, as the doctor noted in a conversation with the press, a good source of this element is fish, flaxseed or olive oil.
