There are only a few days left until autumn. Some people are eagerly awaiting the golden season to put on their favorite coat or take a scarf out of the closet .
Some people react in the opposite way.
Still, the reduction in daylight hours and gloomy weather provoke a vitamin D deficiency, and problems with sleep and health may also arise.
Doctor Andrey Tyazhelnikov told how to overcome the autumn blues.
He shared the details during an interview with representatives of the publication “ Lenta.ru ”.
As the specialist noted, first of all, you need to include sports in your daily routine. Regular physical training also increases the level of serotonin in the brain, which helps improve mood and sleep. At the same time, you don’t need to strive for records. It is enough to perform comfortable regular loads.
It is also advisable to surround yourself with bright colors.
During the day, you need to open the curtains and ventilate the house.
Special attention should be paid to the menu. The diet should be balanced. You can include products that have a positive effect on your mood. For example, we are talking about bananas, seaweed, nuts, cheese, yogurt, citrus fruits, cottage cheese, eggs. Greens, buckwheat, oatmeal, legumes, citrus fruits, dates and figs will also have a positive effect on your condition.
Herbal teas, honey, fruit drinks, and rosehip infusions will be beneficial.
Don't forget about vitamins. Magnesium, as well as vitamins A, B, C and D will help during this period.
