Sweets and soda are also on the list of products that are best removed from your menu. They contain too much sugar, trans fats and artificial additives. Fans of such products are at risk not only of excess weight, but also of tooth decay and a host of other diseases.
It is advisable to replace most of this food with homemade analogues, as well as vegetables, fruits, and berries.
Drinks with caffeine should be reduced, and ideally, eliminated and pure water chosen. The fact is that energy drinks, coffee and other similar products provoke anxiety, insomnia and irritability.
