Experts from the UK have established the optimal time to go to bed in order to reduce the risks of serious health problems that can ultimately lead to death.
Doctors analyzed data from more than 100 thousand people.
It turns out that people who go to bed between 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm have better results.
They have a lower risk of heart attack, stroke, etc.
Men and women who prefer to go to bed after midnight fared worse, with a 25 percent higher risk of experiencing serious problems.
The scientists also noted in their work that those who went to bed before 10 p.m. also had a 24 percent higher risk of developing illnesses.
Moreover, women were more influenced by bedtime than men.
