As you know, a person needs to get enough sleep.
This needs to be done regularly, not just on weekends.
The fact is that even a small change in your wake-up time can harm your biological rhythms and lead to heart or weight problems.
This was stated by London scientists, reports the Daily Mail .
Experts conducted a study in which more than 900 people took part.
As a result, it turned out that in cases where there were deviations from the regime, and this usually happened on weekends, this led to an increase in intestinal bacteria associated with gaining extra pounds, as well as with heart disease.
As previous studies have shown, deviation from the regime even 1-2 times a week was associated with weight gain and mental fatigue.
At the same time, the authors are confident that even an additional 90 minutes in bed can disrupt the body’s functioning.
