Chumel also noted that the amount of red meat, semi-finished products, and sausages also needs to be reduced. They contain too much salt and preservatives.
It is important to give up bad habits. Cigarettes and alcohol also provoke the development of cancer.
In addition, the doctor reminded that it is necessary to eat as many vegetables and fruits as possible. They should be present in the daily diet.
