Myasnikov also noted that in this condition, the blood sugar level already exceeds the norm, but still does not reach the levels that indicate a serious illness.
He noted, however, that such a situation does not guarantee the transition to diabetes.
The risk in this case is about 25-30 percent.
If the test results indicate such a dangerous condition as prediabetes, then you should consult with doctors. The problem cannot be ignored.
You should reconsider your regime. For example, it is advisable to move more, lead a more active lifestyle. It would not be superfluous to reconsider your diet, give up unhealthy food.
