"There is a product that is mistakenly not considered fatty, but it contains about 50% animal fat. It is cheese," Rossiyskaya Gazeta quotes the doctor as saying.
But you shouldn't give up cheese completely.
It is acceptable in the diet, but it is important to remember that you cannot overdo it, otherwise health problems will arise.
In addition, as Vyalov noted, it should be taken into account that cheese should not be combined with some products.
If you combine butter with bread and cheese, the body will end up with a serious load, cholesterol, the development of atherosclerosis of blood vessels will accelerate, and the pancreas will suffer.
