Gastroenterologist Irina Berezhnaya spoke about this in an interview with Sputnik radio.

As the specialist noted, the correct spring diet should consist of 50 percent vegetables and fruits, and it does not matter which ones.

The main thing is that they are well absorbed.

25 percent are complex carbohydrates. This could be pasta, cereals or bread.

Another 25 should come from protein. It can be taken, for example, from meat or fish.

As for meat, you can eat it no more than three times a week, portions should not be large. If you break the rule and overdo it with the product, there is a risk of extra pounds.
