Useful properties of grapes

Red grape varieties are suitable for medicinal purposes. They contain more vitamins and other useful elements than light ones.

Flavonoids present in berries literally paralyze platelet aggregation and promote vasodilation. This quality of red grapes can be used to prevent cardiovascular diseases, thrombophlebitis and sclerosis of small blood vessels, as well as to reduce blood pressure.

With strong antibacterial and antiviral properties, red grapes can protect us from all kinds of viruses and pathogenic bacteria that can cause, for example, Alzheimer's disease. The antioxidants present in these berries are able to support brain function and actively resist diseases associated with sclerotic damage to capillaries.

The immune system can also be strengthened with the help of grapes, and the weakening of vision that usually occurs in old age (this could be glaucoma, cataracts and other types of pathological phenomena) can be prevented.

For colds, it is recommended to use grapes and fresh juice from it. They have a diaphoretic effect and therefore can increase expectoration and discharge of mucus from the respiratory tract. Such treatment is also indicated for pneumonia, acute and chronic bronchitis, and tuberculosis of the lungs.

People weakened by serious illnesses can be raised to their feet and their health can be strengthened with the help of these wonderful fruits. Thanks to the iron contained in grapes, it is possible to influence the composition of the blood and cure anemia.
