According to her, breakfast should include grain products: porridge, whole grain bread, muesli, granola.
They contain complex carbohydrates, which provide energy, and dietary fiber, which normalizes the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.
Secondly, there should be protein: scrambled eggs, omelette, poultry, fish, yogurt, cottage cheese.
Kruglova also recommended eating vegetables and fruits for breakfast.
They are a source of dietary fiber and vitamin C, the nutritionist noted.
