With the help of the buckwheat diet, you will have the opportunity to lose 5 to 10 kg in seven days thanks to the cleansing properties of buckwheat.

The first diet option can last up to two weeks if you feel great, the second option is a weekly diet. The options are not very different, although there are some interesting points.

First option

For the day you need a glass of buckwheat, which is poured with two glasses of boiling water in the evening and left to steep until dawn.

Buckwheat can be eaten throughout the day at any time and in different portions (within the limits of a boiled glass), possibly washed down with low-fat kefir.

To fully comply with this diet, sugar, salt and oil in any form are completely excluded from the menu.

Drinks can be the usual: tea, coffee, but, of course, without sugar. In addition to buckwheat, the use of any other products except one apple per day is excluded. Other fruits should be avoided.

After 6 pm (or four hours before bed) you can drink no more than half a glass of kefir.

Second option

In the evening, you need to cook one and a half glasses of buckwheat in a liter of water without sugar and salt.

In the morning, as soon as you wake up, you need to drink one glass of not too hot boiled water on an empty stomach (so that it does not burn your mouth, but at a pleasant temperature, at which you can drink in sips).

The porridge should be divided into three servings.

Half an hour after the water, you can eat the first part of the porridge, washing it down with tea or kefir without added sugar or any vegetable juice (carrot, pumpkin or tomato without salt).

For lunch and dinner, eat another third of the cooked porridge.

Between breakfast, lunch and dinner you need to drink still water, vegetable juices, unsweetened tea - all together per day no more, but also no less than two liters per day. Such a diet can last no more than seven days.

If you do not have a bowel movement at the beginning of the diet week, it is better to do a cleansing enema in the evening. If you have a bowel movement every day during this seven-day diet, then you should do a cleansing enema every other day.

During this diet you will not feel hungry, although if suddenly one and a half glasses of buckwheat seems too little to you, you can increase its daily norm to two glasses.

This diet can be repeated no earlier than in two months. After completing the diet, it is possible to continue eating buckwheat in the morning.

It is better to limit your consumption of sweet and salty foods so that your old weight does not return quickly.
