Foreign experts have compiled a list of foods that people over 50 should exclude from their diets.

What is this connected with?

Secondly, the digestive system is no longer able to digest processed foods, fatty and spicy foods, an abundance of sugar and acids, as well as other foods.

All this leads to problems with excess weight and premature aging of the body.

Forbidden foods

1. Any food that contains large amounts of sugar becomes dangerous. After 60 years, it is not recommended to consume more than 20 grams of sugar per day.

Exceeding the norm is fraught with the development of type II diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular diseases.

2. It is recommended to replace vegetable oil (sunflower) with olive oil (cold pressed).

3. Instead of red meat (pork and lamb), it is better to eat chicken, turkey, rabbit or beef.

4. Baked goods made from white flour are also prohibited. You need to switch to black bread, which contains more useful substances than white.

5. There should be less potatoes and rice in the diet due to their starch content and high glycemic index.

It also increases the risk of developing type II diabetes and obesity.

6. You should not eat raw eggs, as this can lead to salmonella infection.

7. When treating hypertension and insomnia, it is not recommended to eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice.
