Endocrinologist Tatyana Frolova spoke about the consequences of this diet in an interview with the publication Doctor Peter.

And already in the third week of following the diet, there are almost no restrictions. All that remains is to eat and count the number of points.

Consequences

The expert says that the downside of the metabolic diet is the loss of fluid, which is why the body loses weight.

The promised acceleration of metabolism does not occur.

Like any other similar diet, this one also has restrictions and is therefore contraindicated for patients with digestive problems.
