According to the specialist, by following this diet, you can get rid of 3 kg of excess weight in 3-4 days, while in a week this figure increases to 5-6 kg.

It is recommended to start the process of losing weight with a fasting day. Avoid fried, fatty and smoked foods.

You can drink water and green tea.

Nutrition on the banana diet

The duration of the diet (if we talk about its gentle version) is from 3 to 7 days.

During the day, you need to eat half a kilogram of bananas in six meals. You can drink tea without sugar and water in any quantity. The last meal should be no later than three hours before bedtime.

As a result, you consume about 1300 calories per day, which is enough for the normal functioning of the body.

In three days on such a diet you can get rid of 3-3.5 extra kilograms. If the diet lasts more than four days, you can add one or two boiled eggs or low-fat cheese (100 g), since bananas do not provide enough protein.
