There is a risk of health problems, nutritionist Olesya Barzaeva said in a conversation with representatives of the Vechernyaya Moskva publication.
As the specialist noted, you should not combine foods with different acidity levels, so as not to overload the intestines.
Incorrect combinations also lead to disease and accumulation of toxins.
Barzaeva also said during the interview that products according to the separate nutrition system are divided into starchy, fruits, vegetables, proteins and fats, as well as acidic, alkaline and neutral.
Different categories are broken down at different pH levels of acidity.
She also listed the most popular mistakes: eating fruit on an empty stomach, and mixing proteins with fats and sugar.
