She explained during a conversation with the press that there are simply no clear instructions regarding the number of meals per day.

You need to eat when you are bothered by a real feeling of hunger. It is important not to overeat. You should rely on your feelings.

In addition, Zhuravleva noted that you should not stretch out your meal times.

This is because the feeling of satiety does not come immediately, which means it is easy to overeat. Therefore, sitting at the table is a bad habit that can lead to weight problems.

The doctor added in the conversation that the body is fully satiated two hours after eating, so it is normal to feel hungry two hours later or even later.
